General Meal Plan
We provide you with a tried and tested calorie controlled meal plan that is Low fat, Low GI, Low sodium, and Carbohydrate reduced to ensure you lose that extra weight fast.
Adjustments to the Meal Plan are made each week, with more variety and the introduction of new foods.
Education on lifestyle changes are provided in each session with our health and weight loss professionals
Upon reaching your goal weight you will be following a balanced diet, filled with loads of fresh foods, rice, pasta, bread, just in more sustainable portions than you did before the program.
