Our famous meal plan

We start with our famous meal plan, which contains plenty of food to keep your hunger under control while we transform your body and educate you about long term healthy eating choices.

This meal plan has you eating a diet of low GI, low sodium, high fibre, and reduced carbohydrates – ideal for quick weight loss. Although the basic meal plan has little variety, new foods are introduced as weight loss continues. Once you reach you goal weight all foods all allowed.

 

Our Two Rules

For long term weight loss, the Rapid Loss Clinic requires that you strictly adhere to 2 rules of weight loss maintenance. These rules are in place to ensure you never return to your starting weight:

RULE 1

You must weigh yourself once per week

RULE 2

If at any of these weekly weigh-ins your weight reaches 3kg above your goal weight, you must return back to the clean eating meal plan for a week.
